The Guild

Unfortunately, we were unable to hold our AGM and our Spring Tea had to be cancelled as we all began to Stay at Home to Help Save Lives. Looking back we have been grateful to the Guild
members who have come forward and offered to lead a meeting. This has been very successful
and we hope to continue to build on this style in the future.

We have come to the end of the second year of our Strategy, One Journey, Many Roads, the theme for this past year being Companions on the Road. The projects we supported are Seema’s Project and Crossreach Joining up the Dots. Thanks to our members we have been able to donate £350 to each one.

For the 3rd year of our Strategy the theme is ‘The Extra Mile’ which will hopefully lead us to think about how we can build on what we have achieved so far and how we might go even further.

Looking forward, we hope to meet again in September but until then we hope you stay safe and
well.

Under normal circumstances Kirkliston Parish Church Guild usually meets in the Church Centre on the second and fourth Wednesday of the months of September to April from 7.30-9.30 pm.  The Guild is an opportunity for both men and women to share faith, fellowship and fun.  As well as a diverse range of speakers, the Guild enjoys theatre visits, ten pin bowling and numerous excursions.
